Former CIA officer: US, Israel and Saudi Arabia, the main causes of conflicts in region
May 16 2018 / 2:14 pmThe former counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) said the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia are the main contributors to the conflict and the war in the region.
Philip Giraldi today at the professional panel which was held at the Al-Ghadir Hotel in Mashhad said, “The United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia are the main triangular elements that cause conflict in the region.”
The former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) official said, “The New Horizon International Conference in Mashhad has coincided with the recent decision of Trump to exit JCPOA, and this issue should be discussed specially in the conference.”
“Today, 2.5 million people live in the Gaza Strip, and we see that Israel completely illegally and illegitimately, had made Gaza into a huge prison,” he said.
The analyst at Russia Today and Press TV pointed out that the United States has been always a full supporter of Israel, adding, “It can be said with certainty that the US Congress has acted favorably for Israel at 100 percent.”
He argued that Trump never helped to reduce conflict and war in the region, and noted, “Israel has a fundamental control over the American media, so the media always try to show it innocent and oppressed.”
“Israel and the United States are pursuing further wars, following an invasion to Syria, Lebanon and Iran. The only nuclear-armed power in the Middle East is Israel, and we should not allow new tensions and new wars to take place”, Phil Giraldi said.
