Eight Palestinians Including Two Children Injured By Israeli Missile In Gaza

Apr 24 2014 / 10:35 pm

IMEMC – Palestinian medical sources have reported that eight Palestinians, including children, were injured when the Israeli Air Force fired a missile into an area in Beit Lahia city, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

The attack took place near the Beit Lahia Club in the al-Manshiyya area.

Medical sources said the wounded Palestinians suffered moderate injuries, and were moved to the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia.

Among the wounded were a 50-year-old Palestinian and his two daughters, the sources added.

The Israeli army alleged that the missile targeted Palestinian fighters driving a motorcycle and “on their way to fire shells” at nearby Israeli settlements, across the border.
